We got further on the wall project. It would be REALLY helpful if the rest of the parts get here. NEVER order from sunriselights.com out of California..
There's my switch box all carved into the stones..
We need the clips for the rope light before we can glue down those caps. The rope light is small and will go under that edge.
There will be 2 switches in the box. One for the interior rope lights, one for the 'tulip' lights that will be around the outside.
When it's all done, the bbq goes like this.. the wall helps it not blow over in 90 mph wind.. hopefully nobody ever decides "what's yours is mine"... I was hoping with 7 rows of bricks, to hide the elephant a little more.. I lost about 4 inches to the slope of the concrete.
It was a whole lot of work packing those bricks one at a time from the pile and setting them in place. So far, we like it and it should turn out just about like we hoped.
