Today is the 90'th day I've had the car, and also the day I turned over 10,000 miles.

Here we are... coming... closer....

Yay! Or somethin... I guess 100,000 is next time I add a digit, so I thought I'd mark this one while I had the chance.

I stopped at home depot for some screws, then at the gas station on the way home. I have 2.x bars of gas left and thought about going for another commute day which would put me at about 565 on the tank. That's far beyond what I've been doing, so I decided to add gassing up to the 10k celebration.

At the 10,022 mark, I filled up and landed the 10k mpg at 51.37mpg.
For this tank, the tank shows 50.32 while the display is 54.7. I dunno.. Some guys on the web think the thing is accurate. I'll stick with my thinking that it's off... by about 2 to 4 mpg, all the time. Go with the numbers you get when you open your wallet and buy gas. The car is a little high and mighty on itself.. Prius ego thing?

10,026 is when I got home. I did Oil Change and rotate the tires.

This rear hub setup has to be by far the wimpiest I've ever seen. No wonder 400 pounds of fertilizer in the back hatch feels like things are about to crack.

And, this is the front. The braking system is identical to the Porsche Boxster. hahaha.. Ok, I suppose there are some slight differences, but not that you could tell with the naked eye.

One comment. The passenger side front was by far, much, much, much, much heavier than the driver side. Does that ring odd with anyone else that it would be so far off balance? I'd bet it's 3:1 heavier. Weird.
